Resources
I’m often asked where I studied, and what courses I’d recommend if pursuing in depth study of Ayurveda. Whether for personal interest or to become an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant/Practitioner, I’ve put together a list of resources which I nourishes that which draws you to the world of Ayurveda.
I’ve also included Yoga Shalas in Melbourne where I either completed YTT or I highly recommend due to the extensive experience and approach to Yoga asana available at each of these Shala’s. I was born with scoliosis in my lumber spine, this has proven a great challenge in many asana classes over the years. I’ve found the teachers at each of the studios listed to have the both the anatomical understanding, personal experience and professionalism to guide me safely, assist with developing my awareness of my body and avoid injury.
