Four Week Ayurvedic Nutrition Program

Guiding you to understand your own constitution and individual metabolism, whilst offering new ideas around food preparation for the whole family, we focus on nourishing your body through ayurvedic nutrition.

We explore the healing herbs and spices available to us that help to balance and maintain optimum health and digestion.

Designed specifically for you and your health goals, ayurvedic nutrition preparation become a part of your every day life.

Plus Yoga

One on One

Yoga classes can be added to your nourishment program. Offered in the convenience of your own home and designed to compliment your health program. These classes will encourage optimum health, balance and equilibrium 0f the nervous system, whilst toning, strengthening, restoring the whole body and enhancing the benefits of your Ayurvedic health plan.


Optional Ayurvedic massage available to compliment each program. Massage is recommended once a month by a qualified practitioner. For optimum health and well-being daily self massage is recommended.
